What We Offer
Medical services such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes management, medication assisted weight-loss, hormone therapy (HRT and BHRT), mmental health medication management and EMDR.
As a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, my experience and compassion enable me to understand the best ways to address each individual client’s needs successfully. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my care plans—ensuring a comfortable, safe environment where we can work together on your goals. Now accepting new clients ages 6 to geriatrics. In-person and telehealth visits are offered. Psychiatric services are available for Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Grief, Loss, life transitions, situational events, Insomnia, and Binge Eating Disorder. Comprehensive ADHD evaluations for children & adults in office or through telemedicine. We have computer-based ADHD testing for initial evaluation and medication management. Treatment for children and adults, including medication management of ADHD and common co-occurring conditions such anxiety and sleep difficulties.

Wellness blood work analysis is available. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) or Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) may be an option for those who meet certain criteria. Symptoms that may be helped include fluctuating hormone levels such as severe moodiness about a week before menstrual cycle, weight gain around the midsection, fatigue, sleep disturbance, decreased libido, hair loss, decreased endurance, inability to build muscle, "menopause syndrome," low motivation, anxiety, depression, skin changes, and more.

With a background in Family Practice and Preventative Care, I am well prepared to provide customized care that is unique to your needs.
